Vehicle Crash on I-95

JMBFC8, Abingdon Fire Company, and three Harford County Department of Emergency Services EMS units were on scene of a 7 vehicle crash with rescue that blocked all lanes of NB I-95 past exit 74. Rescuers using Jaws of Life to free 1 patient.
